New Course Announced! Agile Team Facilitator (ICP-ATF)
We’re thrilled to announce a brand-new course is all finished and has just entered our training schedule. AWA founder, Simon Powers and the rest of the AWA team have been hard at work pulling together fantastic content for this new ICAgile Certified course. We’re especially excited for this course as it focuses on a subject all of us here at AWA are extremely passionate about – Facilitation.
Facilitation is a key skill required to foster collaboration and enable self-organizing teams. Over the course of this two-day workshop, participants will develop this skill and come away with both updated toolkits and practical experience that they can immediately use in the workplace. You will be able to leverage your Facilitation skill set to facilitate agile practices towards successful team outcomes.
Agile Team Facilitator will give you the skills, mindset and tools to enable you to create and facilitate meetings that engage the entire audience and drive towards agreed-upon outcomes. The course has also been designed so as to be accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) as fulfilling all Learning Objectives in the Agile Team Facilitation track. Successful completion will award participants with the ICAgile Certification; Professional-Agile Facilitation (ICP-ATF).
Sign-up is currently available for the London course on 19th – 20th November, with an Early Bird discount which will save you £150. We’re currently also in the process of securing dates for a course to run in New York City with Philiy Lander, so stay tuned for that too!
