Our February Meetup: Bringing Down the Vision
We are excited to bring you the 2nd session in our large-scale facilitation and systemic coaching series, facilitated by Zuzi Sochova, an ORSC Practitioner and a Certified Scrum Trainer. Join us on 19th February for Bringing Down the Vision.
As agile practitioners, we know that a product or organisation’s success relies on a good shared vision and strategy. Without this then the chances of being successful are slim. In this session we will be exploring the powerful ORSC tool “Bringing Down the Vision” and how you can use this to co-create a shared vision across large groups of people.
WHAT IS BRINGING DOWN THE VISION?
This exercise is a method of taking a large group visioning process down through to reality.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
We will experience three levels of reality; from Sentient Essence to Consensus Reality. This reality model is based on the work of Arnold Mindell (Deep Democracy) and a metaphor that depicts how things manifest through Quantum Levels to everyday reality.
WHY SHOULD I ATTEND?
As agile practitioners, we know that a product or organisation’s success relies on a good shared vision and strategy. Without this then the chances of being successful are slim. In this exercise we will show you how you can use this powerful tool to co-create a shared vision across large groups of people and inject some life into your visioning process.
Perhaps you are working on a department wide transition to agile ways of working or creating the vision for a large product with many teams.
We will explore how to create a common ground that people share, where they can discover their sense of purpose and a place from which they can draw inspiration.
SOME OUTCOMES COULD INCLUDE:
– discover a large group process visioning process
– understand the three levels of reality and how this is related to the world of work
– co-create a vision with large groups of people
– experience how our hopes and fears play out in our relationships
– see how people can discover their sense of purpose
– inspire your colleagues and friends at home and at work.
TIME & DATE:
Tuesday, 19th February 2019
