Back in 2014, Simon Powers founded AWA to tackle a unique problem that’s now common in organisations worldwide.

Times have changed! Big bang, project planned change programs can’t keep up with the fast-paced, customer-focused world we live in. So our approach to change has to change!

That’s why we pioneered a people-first approach underpinned by the agile mindset to revolutionise the way we approach change. Our efforts have won awards and set the global standard for Enterprise Agility.

We even built the competencies for agile enterprise coaching for the Expert in Enterprise Coaching track at ICAgile, the world’s largest agile certification body.
