Jay is a certified Team and Enterprise Agile Coach with a demonstrated history of working with clients in the Energy, FinTech and MarTech industries. He believes that a people-first approach is the best way to approach a long-lasting effective journey towards agility. As an outcome-oriented pragmatist, Jay helps teams and leaders reach their goals through insightful questions and the co-creation of customized approaches that are suited for their needs. In his spare time, Jay enjoys reading up on behavioural sciences.
Katrina Aquino Lazaro
Katrina specialises in improving quality management and leadership development. Using Design Thinking, Agile methodology and Scrum framework. As an advocate of continuous learning and improvement, she engages in projects that enhance employee capability while promoting cost or process efficiency and innovation. With over 10 years in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), 7 years with Quality Assurance she has a strong understanding of Western and Asian culture. Kat believes that empowering individuals in a team will produce higher value of outcome for the organisation.
Andreas Holmer ICP-CAT
Andreas is a designer, entrepreneur, and professional coach with 20 years of experience from in software design and development across three continents. Originally from Sweden, he spent a number of years in San Francisco and Seattle before settling in Thailand where he co-founded MAQE — an 80-person software company. He’s currently a partner at AWA Southeast Asia, CEO of MAQE, and editor of WorkMatters — a weekly newsletter about innovation, agility, and better ways of working currently in its 5th year.
