Adventures with Agile has been using The AWA Playbook for Organisational Change for the last few years to help organisations find their way towards better business outcomes. The playbook is completely non-prescriptive. It is a coaching conversation that goes deep into the way we as humans think, feel, act, and move forwards. It is a people-first and coaching led approach to agility.

This playbook has been taught on our most advanced classes for Enterprise Coaches on the ICAgile certified classes ICP-ENT, ICP-CAT, and the Enterprise Coach Expert Cohort Program. This is the first time it will be shown in a public setting. Join Simon Powers for an evening of discovery into how AWA has been helping organisations for the last few years.
