We are delighted to present our next online event “The Pre-Requisites of Agility” with Simon Powers and Wolfgang Hilpert.
If you are running a business, on a leadership team, or a senior manager, it is highly likely you have heard about agility. It is also highly likely that some people at your organisation are already working or trying to work using agile tools and processes. You may have heard that Agile doesn’t work or that it is impossible to implement.
Maybe you are an agile coach or in an organisational change role, and you have been working with an organisation to help them embrace the challenges that they face and find yourself frustrated with how difficult it is.
It is a small comfort to know that you are not alone in finding organisational change hard. However, in sharing there is learning. AWA CEO Simon Powers and Agile Leader Wolfgang Hilpert have designed a comprehensive map of all the pre-requisites you need to start the journey. If you don’t have these, you will get stuck later on, and that can be time consuming, costly, or even worse totally sap your organisation of energy.
You can use the information presented in this workshop to assess your next client, decide if you are ready in your organisation, or create a program of how to get ready and maximise your chance of success.
Attendees to this presentation can expect to have a wide picture of what is needed and to dive deep into some of the most common pre-requisites that are missed. You can expect to smile as you see familiar challenges and see other pre-requisites that you had not thought of before.
The outcome will be that you have a much better chance of success through considering a wide range of needed building blocks to make the change work and be able to determine when and how the change will stall by seeing what is missing. This can then be used to fill in the gaps and re-start stalled or failed change programs.
