Opportunity to work with AWA as a Marketing Manager

The demand for better ways of working is increasing and we are meeting this with a wider range of training courses, running more classes, and helping with more onsite coaching. We are also taking on more staff and expanding to different geographical regions.

To support this, we have an opportunity for a marketing manager for the UK market.

We are looking for people who have experience of creating and delivering impactful B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.  Great organisational skills are required, together with an aptitude for event organisation as you would be organising and attending our community events.

This is a customer facing role and so being happy to talk to customers, combined with a polite, helpful and professional manner are essential.

At AWA we don’t just stick to our roles, we work as a team and pride ourselves on being able to work together on whatever is needed. Part of your role will be to help with office admin and to help where needed.

We are located in the amazing St. Katherine Docks with restaurants, bars, and boats. We are next to the iconic Tower Bridge, The Tower of London, and the mighty river Thames.


  • Content Creation: Put together exciting and visually engaging content across their various digital channels and ensure marketing and sales collateral is up to date
  • Course and Community Management: Plan and market local training courses; arrange and attend our community events
  • Website Administration: Manage and update website content and improve SEO
  • Lead Generation: Tactical execution of campaigns (social media, email, content, events, webinars etc) to generate leads
  • Execute local marketing: Work with the team to execute the marketing campaigns
  • Customer Services: Provide customer service support both online and offline, answering the phone for incoming enquiries.
  • Relationships: Maintain relationships with community and trainers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Sales Support: Work with the team looking at all new enquiries, identifying any new contacts, setting up calls to build relationships and identify cross selling opportunities and action them
