We’re excited and pleased to announce that we have now added the Certified Scrum Master training course to complement our training schedule.
As the demand for agile skills and, therefore, training within large organisations increases, Adventures with Agile are at the forefront – bringing sought after and exclusive agile training courses to the market that are otherwise only available in the US or overseas. As part of this service, we are continually developing a curriculum that spans the full range of learning for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches. It also allows for organisations to build a successful internal coaching competency, with a range of learning developments to suit all career paths.
Why CSM?
We recognise that entry level agile skills are also a necessity for those organisations with a large workforce (e.g banks, Government, Professional Services), which is why we have added the popular Certified Scrum Master course to our training programme.
Our Trainers
Keeping true to the Adventures with Agile brand, our CSM course will be taught by our experienced, respected and certified trainer:
Tobias Mayer – one of the first 25 Certified Scrum Trainers in the world
Tobias Mayer has a background in software development, publishing, theatre arts, and community service work. Since 2004 he has worked as a change agent, trainer and facilitator, providing coaching and consulting services to teams and organizations wishing to make a transition to more agile, trustful and team-centered ways of working.
Tobias is a regular speaker and keynoter at Agile conferences, and the author of the highly acclaimed, and somewhat controversial book, The People’s Scrum. He blogs regularly on LinkedIn, Medium and Business Craftsmanship, and is known as the creator and curator of AgileLib.Net, the world’s foremost collection of Agile resources. see Certified Scrum Master course
The AWA CSM Course
We are proud to host one of the largest communities of Agile practitioners in the UK, supporting them through meetups, training courses and many other resources. We are committed to raising the quality of agile practice in our industry, and enhancing the skills of its practitioners. To this end we have created a CSM course, which doesn’t just give you a first-level Scrum certification, but is a commitment to your entire Agile journey.
Following a typical CSM course of 2 days, attendees are then left to figure out how to implement their learning back in their organisations. We don’t want you to leave our course and then feel isolated while trying to figure out how to apply these essential lessons back into your organisation, we know how lonely a journey that can be. As community builders at heart, we are committed to not only bringing you into our lovely and supportive AWA family, but keeping you close to our hearts where we can learn and grow together.
We are committed to following your journey and building your success.
