My name is Rafael Ribeiro (aka Rafa), and I have over 108,000 minutes (1800 hours) of experience as an online session host. It was not my initial plan, but hey, the pandemic asked us all to “inspect and adapt” 😁! As a former Software Developer, I embraced this opportunity to get in touch with my geek persona, investing (much more than my wife would like to) in learning, developing, and tweaking my home-office setup and skills as a coach, trainer, and facilitator, but now doing all of the 3 remotely.
