Our private courses differ from the public courses because everyone is from your organisation allowing learners to focus on the specific issues that you face rather than generic ones faced by most organisations.

Our 8-month cohort programs provide a supported container that extends our training course. Learners go deeper into the subjects and most importantly are coached and supported while implementing the change program.

The cost per student is lower with private courses and we offer a train the trainer program and a training licence for some of our courses to enable your staff to train a lot of people. This works very well when there are hundreds of people to train.

  • Purpose: Covers the theory, models, and application to implement agility across the whole enterprise. Equips learners with skills, mindset and knowledge to work effectively at the enterprise level. Introduces coaching for large groups in the context of Enterprise Agile Coaching so that learners have the skills to generate alignment, innovation, and clear direction forwards in large groups with diverse opinions, identify and overcome resistance systemically.
