COURSE DESCRIPTION

Attend the advanced ICAgile Certified Enterprise Agile Coaching course (ICP-CAT) to learn highly-effective enterprise coaching and large scale facilitation skills needed to create meaningful, lasting change. Join us on a public course or book a private session to be held at your business, anywhere in the world. 

Moving towards Enterprise Agility is a combination of process and the reaction to that process by those involved. This course gives you the skills needed to help individuals, teams and whole organisations through the challenges they face when embracing the agility mindset.

During this 3 day Enterprise Agile Coaching course you will learn how to generate alignment, innovation, and agreement with large groups of people with diverse opinions. You will know how to identify and overcome resistance systemically, as well as gaining new tools and techniques for large group coaching in the context of enterprise-wide change. You will come away with the confidence to show how change impacts people and organisations using agile compared to more traditional top-down approach and a variety of new approaches for creating an organisational change strategy based on differing contexts, needs and readiness. Attend this transformative class to learn the highly-effective enterprise coaching and large scale facilitation skills needed to create meaningful, lasting change.

You will also have the opportunity to become an ICAgile Certified Professional in Coaching Agile Transitions. And each day breakfast, lunch, coffees, teas, and water will be provided as part of your registration fee.

PRE-REQUISITES

We do not cover the coaching basics in this course. To get the most out of your training experience it is recommended you have at least 3 years experience working as a team coach using professional coaching techniques or have attended an ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching course, or equivalent.

CERTIFICATION

This course is offered for the ICAgile Certified Professional- Coaching Agile Transitions (ICP-CAT) certification. This continuing education certification is a key step toward achieving the ICAgile Certified Expert-Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICE-EC) designation the industry’s first competence-based certification for Enterprise Agile Coaching.There is an ongoing assessment throughout the class as well as a practical assessment at the end of the course that you will need to pass. As long as the trainers believe you have demonstrated competence and that you have understood the learning objectives and you do not miss more than 1 hour of the course then you will receive the certification. The certification is included in the price of the course. Following the class you will receive an email from ICAgile with your Certification.

SAM KIANI

Sam is a Coach and Trainer with more than 20 years’ experience of delivering change within both IT and the business, for some of the biggest Investment Banks where she reached Director level as well as entrepreneurial start-ups including her own.

Throughout Sam’s career she has seen that it’s not technical problems that prevent innovation, success or cause stress, rather it’s all in the way people work together and collaborate (or not). Sam transitioned into the world of professional coaching back in 2017 to address exactly this problem.

Simon Powers is the founder of Adventures with Agile, the global community of practice for agile and organisational change. Simon is a world class facilitator and trainer. GEORG FASCHING

Over the past 18 years, Georg has developed a passion and proficiency in Digital Product Development while working predominantly in the banking and engineering spaces. His experience transitioned to Agile in 2010. Having practiced as Product Owner and also as Scrum Master provides him an intriguing blend of complementing perspectives. Georg now improves the flow and happiness for people, and products, through coaching and training.

Georg is a mentor and servant to the community, proof of his vicarious quest to help others achieve their goals. His dedication to continual learning has made him extremely effective as an Agile Coach in accomplishing huge wins for his clients, which include major finance and tech corporations. As a qualified Personal and Business Coach, he also enables individuals become even better versions of themselves.

Georg’s quest for adventure once led him to a treacherous part of the world – the Amazon Basin. He thrives in challenging situations as he continues his coaching & training practice today in London, England.

WILLIAM STRYDOM

William is a co-active coach and focusses on leadership development and agile coaching. He also enjoys assisting organisations and teams with their transition to agility through gaining an agile mindset and the accompanying practices. William is a certified professional coach and an authorized ICAgile trainer. He holds various agile certifications from ICAgile, Scrum Alliance, Scaled Academy, and the Project Management Institute, to name a few.

Antoinette was one of the first people in South Africa to start using Agile in 1996. Coming from a technical background Antoinette had for many years worked as a team member in Agile vendor teams across the world.
