Simon Powers

Simon Powers has over 20 years’ experience helping very large organisations to thrive in the market and to be a better place to work. He works with the board of directors or senior managers to transform the way that they see themselves, each other, and their organisations. The results are better organisational design, better processes, more engaged staff, and an organisation that is customer-focused and more successful.

He has been using Agile and Lean for the last 14 years, initially within IT, but in the last 5 years across the entire organisation. Simon is also an authorised trainer for ICAgile and a member of the ICAgile Expert – Enterprise Agile Coaching certification committee and is one of the first people in the world to hold the ICAgile Expert in Enterprise Coaching certificate.

David Lowe

David is a business coach and trainer who believes that everyone has the right to improve their work and personal life, so divides his time between coaching and training individuals, teams and organisations. He has worked with all types of companies (from start-ups to established organisations) in a range of industries (including automotive, finance, fashion, government, hotels, recruitment, travel).

He has a Postgraduate Certificate in Business & Personal Coaching from Chester University, is a PCC with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has a wealth of agile-related qualifications. David is heavily involved in the Agile and Lean communities, co-foundering the London Agile Discussion Group, Agile on the Bench and London Lean Coffee.

Kevin is a leader with over two decades’ experience creating value and stewarding change toward desired results. He works to realise the mutual benefits to people, organisations, society, and the world that become possible when we work together under a positive unifying purpose.

Kevin’s work puts people as the foundation of organisational effectiveness in the face of accelerating change and growing complexity. He holds a Masters Degree in Positive Organisational Development and Change, along with certificates in Appreciative Inquiry and Emotionally Intelligent Leadership and Coaching. He is also an authorised trainer for ICAgile and a member of the ICAgile Expert – Enterprise Agile Coaching certification committee.

Rafa Ribeiro

Rafael Ribeiro

After working as a Software Developer for 11 years, Rafa Ribeiro realised that despite the knowledge he had about machines and computers, he lacked skills to empower and support other people. With the challenge of creating his own company, he felt the need to start a learning journey into the realms of Psychology, Expressive Arts and Professional Coaching.

As a result of this mixture, Rafa currently works as an Agile Coach and Professional Coach with organisations, teams, and individuals, helping them discover and becoming aware of their goals, reflecting their behaviours and supporting their growth. He has a range of deep experience working with co-located, distributed and full remote teams, as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Enterprise Agile Coach.

For the past 25 years, Louria has empowered and co-created “People First Environments”, where talents are celebrated and voices matter.  As an international Executive Agile & Leadership Coach she utilizes her mastery of coaching, emotional intelligence, facilitation, teaching and mentoring to breathe life into ‘just surviving’ organizations to thriving. She is known to say, “It’s not if you will fall down, but when you do fall down; then How YOU Recovery?!”  Therefore, we love who we are, what we do and do what we love!

Louria has lived every role in an agile organization from software engineer to organizational agility enterprise coaching and strategy. In her own company, SuccessAgility, she has worked with hundreds of organizations and Agilists where they have elevated not only their skill set and are now the leaders that others want to be and foster collaboration and sustainable change and growth.

Antoinette Coetzee

Antoinette was one of the first people in South Africa to start using Agile in 1996. Coming from a technical background Antoinette had for many years worked as a team member in Agile vendor teams across the world.  At the heart of what Antoinette does is the desire to develop people, be that as individuals, as members of teams, or as leaders.

Agile and Lean bring about major shifts in the way people view work. She loves supporting teams and organisations through that difficult change to watch them flourish on the other side.  Antoinette is a professional coach, trainer and facilitator specialising in change management and enterprise transformation.

Georg Fasching

Over the past 18 years, Georg has developed a passion and proficiency in Digital Product Development while working predominantly in the banking and engineering spaces. His experience transitioned to Agile in 2010. Having practised as Product Owner and also as Scrum Master provides him with an intriguing blend of complementing perspectives. Georg now improves the flow and happiness for people, and products, through coaching and training.

Georg is a mentor and servant to the community, proof of his vicarious quest to help others achieve their goals. His dedication to continual learning has made him extremely effective as an Agile Coach in accomplishing huge wins for his clients, which include major finance and tech corporations. Evelyn Tian

Evelyn is one of the few Certified Scrum Trainers that are Scrum Alliance certified enterprise coach, certified team coach, certified agile leadership educator and path to CSP educator. She is a Lean and Agile Coach and Trainer, and a speaker of international conferences with over 20 years of product development experience.

Evelyn’s focus is on organisation transformational strategy, continuous improvement and enhancing the art and science of crafting products and service delivery. Evelyn has built a lengthy track record and gathered deep insights in coaching organisation transformation, agile leadership, and teams to unleash their potential. She was previously the head of Ericsson Global Transformation Support Center, and supported the telecom giant’s transformation initiatives.

Tobias Mayer

Tobias Mayer has a background in software development, publishing, theatre arts, and community service work. Since 2004 he has worked as a change agent, trainer and facilitator, providing coaching and consulting services to teams and organisations wishing to make a transition to more agile, trustful and team-centred ways of working.

Tobias is a regular speaker and keynoter at Agile conferences, and the author of the highly acclaimed, and somewhat controversial book, The People’s Scrum. He blogs regularly on LinkedIn, Medium and Business Craftsmanship, and is known as the creator and curator of AgileLib.Net, the world’s foremost collection of Agile resources.

John Inge Hervik

John Inge Hervik

John Inge is an Enterprise Agile Coach and trainer who has been involved in Agile ways of working since 2006. He has a technical background from software development, but has also studied psychology and coaching.

He uses his experience and knowledge from Agile, psychology and coaching to help organisations, teams and leaders to increase the level of collaboration and psychological safety through work with peoples inner potential and social skills, in addition to how structurally they can adapt for higher performance.

I’m a facilitator, coach and trainer – mostly working over the internet. Not long ago I facilitated what was probably the world’s first “video un-conference” in which 150 people self-organised to talk about the things that mattered to them.

I’m the co-author of a bestselling book, “Clean Language”, which describes a precision inquiry toolkit which works especially well in complex systems. I coach using this methodology, and I also teach Clean Language to Agile coaches and others, mostly online. I’m the co-founder of the Rees McCann Partnership.

William enjoys unleashing the higher potential of people, teams and organisations through coaching. As a Co-Active and ORSC Certified Coach, William focusses on leadership development and agile coaching. He also enjoys assisting organisations and teams with their transition to agility through gaining an agile mindset and the accompanying practices.

William is an ICF Certified Professional Coach (ACC), ICAgile Authorised Trainer and a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC). He holds various agile certifications from ICAgile, Scrum Alliance, Scaled Academy, and the Project Management Institute, to name a few.

Craig Larman

Craig Larman is the co-creator of LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum), and since 2005 has worked with clients to apply the LeSS framework for scaling Scrum, lean thinking, and agile development to big product groups. Much of his work is organizational-design consulting with senior-management teams of product groups adopting LeSS.

Craig has served as the lead coach of large-scale lean software development adoption at Xerox, and serves or has served as a consultant for LeSS at Ericsson, JP Morgan, Cisco-Tandberg, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Alcatel-Lucent, UBS, bwin.party, Nokia Networks and Siemens Networks, and Ion Trading, among many other clients.

Michael Hamman

For most of the past 25 years, I have committed myself to the possibility that the workplace is a site for personal, professional and social transformation. Trained early on in coaching and large group facilitation with Werner Erhard and Associates, I went on to train in systems thinking, facilitation, organization development, and leadership development with Peter Senge, Peter Block, Thomas Leonard, Otto Laske, Marvin Weisbord, and with the Leadership Circle. Since leaving the UK product company, BM solutions that he co-founded in 2002, he has coached on large scale Agile transformation programmes at Aviva, American Express and RBS. He is a certified TBR trainer (Training from the Back of the Room) and has delivered 1000+ hours training in the UK and Europe on Leadership, Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and many more for clients including Aviva, JP Morgan Chase, HSBC, American Express, Deloitte and Epicor.

Don Reinerstein
