Our new-format, six-month, Enterprise Agile Coach Expert Cohort Program (ICE-EC) is designed for those who are already familiar with Agile and coaching and want to take their skills to the next level in an enterprise context. This is the ultimate, intensive, experiential program for those who want to be more effective in leading organisational change.
This brand new format of the ICE-EC cohort dedicates one day per month to deepening your understanding of enterprise coaching. But that’s not all. You’ll also have access to a wealth of support from the program lead and other Enterprise Cohorts to help you learn more and hone your skills.
The competencies you’ll gain or deepen are mapped to the AWA Enterprise Change Pattern, as shown in the diagram below. These competencies include a deep understanding of the Agile mindset, the ability to create and sustain a culture of continuous improvement, and the skill to facilitate organisational change at the highest level.
