what is enterprise agility

What is Enterprise Agility?

Enterprise Agility is the result of taking a holistic ‘whole organisation’ approach to change, in order to get better business results in a complex and rapidly changing market. Firstly, as with Business Agility, it is necessary to focus primarily on people and their relationships with each other and their work. Then we can start to facilitate better processes of how things get done. It is a structural and cultural change. It is not simply a framework or process change.

Enterprise Agility differs from Business Agility. It extends this structural and cultural change to include all departments such as:

  • HR
  • Finance
  • Legal
  • Compliance
  • The Exec teams

This creates a culture of success, innovation, and ability to adapt to changing demands, across the whole organisation. Not just product and business teams.

We work with our clients to achieve the outcomes they desire using The Enterprise Change Pattern, which unlocks the behavioural shift required for enterprise agility.  Our people-first approach enables people to change workplace behaviours. They can then make the most of their valuable skills, reach their fullest potential and finally start leveraging the power of agile tools and processes.
