Gemma Honour
Agile Coach & Visual Thinker
Gemma Honour is an empathetic, creative and engaging Agile Coach and renowned Visual Facilitator.
She creates, uses and teaches others how to craft visual templates as part of her Agile Coaching practice. As an Agile Coach, she specialises in making fun, accessible and creative workshops to help people sense-make, through the power of visual thinking. Gemma teaches these visual thinking tools and techniques in her Visual Thinking for Coaches course.
Gemma’s drawings invoke magic, transformation, manifestation and integration. That’s why her alter ego is the doodle witch. Her visual tools and techniques help people think through ideas and commit them to memory. Furthermore, Gemma loves to create something that her clients can add into – either through words or with their own doodles.
Gemma brings energy and colour to everything she does. She is highly skilled in creating and holding memorable workshops and coaching sessions that get people sharing understanding, thinking creatively and working together effectively. She has a wealth of experience across multiple sectors including banking, local government, startups, digital & telecoms.
Gemma’s approach is informed by a deep understanding of agile, visual thinking, systems thinking and coaching to create inclusive spaces where teams and individuals can map, create, innovate and problem-solve together. She specialises in using the power of visual thinking to help people sense-make with accessible, fun and creative workshops.
As Head of Coaching at our sister company, Bryter Work, Gemma works with organisations to help them uncover their super-powers. She loves to work collaboratively and build communities.
Gemma is committed to making working life better.
When Gemma isn’t working or teaching, she can often be found driving Bertie, her VW van, seeking adventures with her lovely son and adorable, yet attention-seeking husky.
