ICAgile Certified Delivery at Scale Training Course

Apply agile management skills to enterprise-level product development using value-streams, projects, and programs.

About this course

Numerous teams are recognising the advantages of applying an agile approach to their work, including increased collaboration and engagement, greater adaptability, faster delivery, and enhanced quality. So how do we apply the same practises and principles across multiple portfolios, products, and projects?

Our Delivery at Scale course will provide you with the tools and frameworks necessary to apply agile to the broader context of product delivery, allowing you to deliver working products or solutions while balancing competing organisational demands.

This experiential course focuses on real-world examples and hands-on exercises to help you uncover key concepts for scaling agile implementation. You will learn adaptive planning techniques and a people-centered transformation strategy that can help your organisation achieve the best possible results.

By attending this class you will validate your proficiency in organising effective outcomes, eliminating waste, maximizing value-delivery, and communicating value and progress across an organisation.

Upon successful completion of the class you will receive the ICAgile Certified Professional in Delivery at Scale certificate.
