date: 23rd January 2018
location: Red Hat Innovation Labs
Join us for our first meetup of the year with Carlo Beschi and Manuele Piastra for a fun and interactive workshop learning about how to give effective and interpersonal feedback, which is something many of us struggle with.
Carlo and Manuele first ran this workshop at the ACE meetup in 2017 and was hugely popular. If you didn’t make the last one or fancy a rerun then make sure to come along!
About this workshop:
Effective interpersonal feedback is a key driver of personal, team and organizational growth. How do we get started if regular feedback is not a trait of the culture we operate in? How can we make it more effective if we are already exchanging feedback?
Come and join us for a fun and hands-on workshop!
You’ll hear tips and tricks from our years of experience in this field and we will practice together, on:
- how to get started with interpersonal feedback;
- how to improve 121 conversations with your manager;
- how to give and receive interpersonal feedback in the most effective ways;
- how to introduce tools and techniques to grow a feedback culture in a team and in an entire organization.
